Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the United States only.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Limit one entry per person (one pet photo).

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Organizer, and their immediate family members,
are not eligible to participate.
Submissions are reviewed for eligibility and brand safety. If something doesn’t meet the basic requirements,
we may not be able to include it. Still, if it’s your pet + a basketball, send it. We’re not here to nitpick.

Photo Tips & Requirements
This is meant to stay simple and fun. If your photo includes your pet and a basketball,
you’re in the right place. The best shots just make it feel like your pet is actually in the action.
Quick tips to make your entry pop
- Make your pet the clear star of the photo (centered / in focus).
- If you can, catch a moment where your pet looks like they’re playing with the ball (paws on it, nudging it, chasing it, etc.).
- Try to keep the ball visible in the frame so we can see the full scene.
The important stuff (so we can accept your entry)
- One photo per person.
- No AI-generated images.
- You must own the rights to the photo and have permission from anyone who appears.
- People can appear, but the photo should still clearly feature your pet + the basketball.

The Organizer may reject or remove submissions that prominently feature third-party trademarks,
logos, or branded materials that could imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation — including professional sports leagues or teams.

Entries that are offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise violate the
Terms & Conditions
may be disqualified.
Key Dates
- Contest opens: December 16, 2025.
- Contest closes: January 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
- Winner announcement: On or before January 23, 2026 (Eastern Time).
What You Can Win
- Grand Prize: $3,000 USD, delivered via PayPal or another payment method chosen by the Organizer.
- Bragging rights as the official Mini Hoopers: America’s Cutest Pet Ballers winner.
- Potential feature across The Action Network / Better Collective USA channels (publication not guaranteed).
When & How You’ll Be Notified
A potential winner will be selected after the Contest closes and will be contacted by the Organizer via the email
address provided on the entry form on or before January 23, 2026.
If the potential winner doesn’t respond within the timeframe specified in the notification email, or is found to be
ineligible under these rules, an alternate potential winner may be selected at the Organizer’s discretion.
Rights & Usage
By submitting a photo, you grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license
to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the photo in connection with the Contest and related promotional
purposes.
You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the submitted photo and that your submission does not intentionally
feature or highlight professional sports league or team trademarks, and that any such marks appearing incidentally are lawful uses
within a personal photograph.
Personal Data & Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for administering the Contest and in
accordance with the Organizer’s
Privacy Policy.
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with the NBA, its teams, or players.
Any third-party trademarks, team names, logos, or branded apparel that may appear incidentally in
user-submitted photos belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
