What That Means Across 13 Nights
The difference becomes more tangible across the full stay window. Compared with the later period, the average Queens stay was about $650 to $720 more expensive during the tournament-period search.
Manhattan Tells a Less Consistent Story
Manhattan Airbnb prices were also higher during the tournament-period window, but Booking.com did not show the same pattern. That contrast makes Queens the clearest location-level finding in the data.
